As the year draws to a close after a run of consistently successful weekly editions, Comedy Store is set to crown 2025 with a grand end of year showcase that promises laughter, music and star power in equal measure. The popular Wednesday night experience has once again cemented its place as Kampala’s go to midweek entertainment spot, delivering colourful nights packed with comedy and live performances.
This Wednesday, December 17, Comedy Store founder Alex Muhangi will host the final Comedy Store show of 2025, bringing together some of Uganda’s biggest names in music and comedy to usher revelers into the Christmas festive season. The end of year edition is expected to be a high energy celebration, blending humour and hit music in a single unforgettable night.
Leading the lineup are top music stars King Saha, Winnie Nwagi, Maddox Ssematimba, Spice Diana, Karole Kasita and Pastor Bugembe, all set to thrill fans with live performances. The night will also feature some of the finest talents from the comedy industry, including Patrick Salvador, MC Mariachi, Dr Hillary Okello, Madrat and Chiko, Maulana and Reign, Sammie and Shawa, Merry Heart Comedians, Bobi Brown and Nilo Nilo, Bizonto, alongside other surprise acts lined up to keep the audience laughing throughout the evening.
With gates opening at 6PM, the Comedy Store end of year show is expected to attract a large turnout as Kampala revellers gather for one last midweek celebration before Christmas.
