Outspoken NRM mobiliser and presidential adviser Jennifer “Full Figure” Nakangubi has broken her silence with a fiery warning to online content creators she accuses of persistently provoking and harassing her, in remarks that come amid the ongoing legal saga involving YouTuber Shalom Kaweesi.
Full Figure is the complainant in the case that has seen Kaweesi arrested, charged with cyber harassment and hate speech under the Computer Misuse Act, and remanded to Luzira Prison until December 30. His detention has sparked widespread debate about online speech, accountability and the limits of digital commentary.

Speaking during a recent outburst, Full Figure dismissed claims that she knows or has any association with Frank Ntambi, before turning her attention to what she described as deliberate attempts by TikTokers and online commentators to ride on her name for relevance. She argued that constant online commentary about her is driven by a desire for attention rather than substance.
“Important people like me must be talked about, but how you talk about me matters,” she said. “I am a presidential adviser. I have been important for over 20 years, yet you have only been on TikTok for three months.”
She expressed frustration over what she described as sustained online harassment, saying she is discussed “night and day” across social media platforms. While she said she does not mind being talked about, she insisted that content creators should mention her once and move on instead of repeatedly targeting her.
Referencing the current situation, Full Figure suggested that the Shalom Kaweesi case should serve as a warning to others. She stressed that imprisonment should not be mistaken for the harshest response she is capable of pursuing if provocation continues.
“You’ve nicknamed me several names and that still isn’t enough for you,” she said. “When I drag you to Luzira, that’s just the minimum I could do. I could do worse than that, because I have the capability. Sometimes you go too far and touch people’s nerves.”
She further cautioned that continued provocation could push more content creators into serious legal trouble, emphasising that she is prepared to take firm action against anyone she believes crosses the line.
