After months of speculation and hushed industry whispers, Spice Diana has finally confirmed what many suspected but few believed. She and her long-time manager Roger parted ways last year.

We first reported on the split in 2025, but the pair managed to keep appearances intact. Roger continued to show up at events alongside the singer, handled bookings, and was often seen driving her cars, creating the impression that all was business as usual. Behind the scenes, however, the professional partnership had already come to an end.

Speaking during a phone interview on radio, Spice Diana revealed that they have not worked together for close to a year, explaining her silence as a personal choice rather than an attempt to mislead fans.

“I think I may have taken a long time to announce it because I’m not the kind of person who just jumps on anything because of pressure,” she said. “It is true, I have not worked with him for almost a year now.”

Despite the end of a working relationship that spanned nearly a decade, the singer was quick to dismiss any talk of fallout.

According to Spice Diana, there is no bad blood between her and her former manager.

“We are good,” she clarified. “We communicate if we have to because there are other things that still go through him.”

Reassuring fans who may be worried about the impact on her career, Spice Diana emphasized that everything remains firmly on track.

She revealed that she already has a management team in place and plans to officially introduce them soon.

“I have management that I will soon introduce to my fans,” she said. “But it is the same team we have been working with, even when Roger was still my manager.”
