Singer Pius Mayanja alias Pallaso has given Abeeka Band their flowers after teaming up with them on his latest single Marry You—marking his first-ever collaboration with a live band.
For Pallaso, who has worked with some of the continent’s biggest names, this partnership was different.
“I am honored to work with such talented artists. You can definitely feel the professionalism and experience that both Talent Entertainment brings to the table,” he said.
The Malamu hitmaker praised the group’s artistry, describing their sound as fresh, soulful, and inspiring.
“Their talent is truly exceptional, and their vocal ability is undeniable. The sweetness and soul in their vocals immediately caught my ear,” Pallaso added.
Despite his years of experience in the music industry, Pallaso admitted that Abeeka Band challenged him to experiment more with his voice and delivery.
“They taught me so many new ways to approach my music. Marry You perfectly captures the magic of this collaboration, and I can’t wait for the public to hear it,” he said.
Abeeka Band, often described as East Africa’s most electrifying boy band, is made up of Pages, Kevin, Michael, Producer Allan, and Dr. Trey. Known for their dynamic stage presence and genre-blending sound, the group fuses Afropop, R&B, and contemporary beats into music that resonates with both local and international audiences.
With their charisma and versatility, Abeeka has become a go-to choice for brands, festivals, and collaborations—cementing their place as one of the region’s most exciting acts to watch.
