The regional tours have captivated audiences, anticipation has been building across the country and now the news everyone has been waiting for is finally here. A star-studded line-up has been unveiled for this year’s Bell ObaFest, bringing together some of Uganda’s most exciting musical sensations including Dax Vibez, Vinka, Tracy Melon and Tai Dai, alongside top DJs Roja, Vans, Bugy, City Girl, Eyo Mackus, Dread Lazer and many more. All roads will lead to the Millennium Grounds Lugogo on Saturday November 15 for what promises to be an unforgettable celebration.
The flavour for your flavour edition is set to deliver a top-tier music experience curated by the sound masters at Swangz Avenue, a showcase of how Ugandans enjoy music and how they toast to the spirit of beer enjoyment with flavour. Beyond the performances, festival-goers can look forward to a burst of taste and culture through a distinctly Ugandan food and beer experience that brings the essence of the country onto one vibrant stage.
Keeping the crowd charged will be Kampala’s most revered event hosts Evelyn MC, Josh MC, Sammy Wetala and Tojo, who will take turns firing up the audience with energetic interludes that keep the momentum soaring from start to finish.
Lillian Kansiime Ssebunya, Brand Manager for Bell, expressed her excitement as the festival heads to its climax. She noted that the regional tour revealed the richness of Uganda’s food, musical talent and the many ways people connect, all shared over Bell’s celebrated flavours. She added that the festival will bring that same vibrant tapestry to life in the definitive party of the year.
True to the Bell ObaFest spirit, the experience will stretch far beyond the performances. Revellers should expect immersive engagements throughout the grounds, including the ultimate Bell Na Nyama Experience featuring savoury delights from GrubHub, Royal Grilled Chicken and more, paired with special Bell flavours designed to leave a lasting impression on every palate.
