Gospel star Levixone is no stranger to success. From winning multiple awards to filling major venues and topping both gospel and mainstream charts with hits like Chikibombe, Turn Da Replay and Embera, his impact on Uganda’s music industry is undeniable. Yet behind many of these celebrated tracks stands one man: producer Nessim Pan Production, widely regarded as one of the country’s finest.
During the unveiling of his P2:11 album at Skyz Hotel on Friday evening, Levixone made a revelation that left the audience stunned. With emotion in his voice, he shared that Nessim has produced more than 60 of his songs and, for a remarkable 15 years, has never charged him a single coin.
“I have never paid Nessim any single money and he has produced my music for over 15 years,” Levixone said, visibly moved. “I have tried to give him money and he denied it. You don’t know what that means. He is the best producer in East Africa. He has always pushed me to go look for new sound.”
The gratitude-filled moment nearly brought the gospel star to tears as he praised a man who has silently supported and shaped his journey since its early days.
To honor that loyalty, Levixone presented Nessim with a certificate of appreciation, placing him among other key supporters such as Pastor Aloysius Bugingo, Apostle Grace Lubega, and Fenon Events, who have consistently backed his career and major productions.
Fenon Events also masterminded the night’s showcase, reinforcing their long-standing role in Levixone’s artistic success.
The invite-only celebration drew a strong lineup of industry names including Mickie Wine, Lydia Jazmine, Maurice Kirya, Rachael K, and Coopy Bly, who came to witness a significant milestone for one of Uganda’s most uplifting gospel acts.
